Employees and others who wish to contact the Board of Directors of Home Savings of America or a member of the Board's Audit Committee, to report any complaint or concern with respect to accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters or any other matter may do so by choosing one of the options listed below:

All complaints and concerns will be received and processed by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

 

The Chairman of the Audit Committee will handle the complaints relating to Home Savings of America accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters. All other concerns will be referred to the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

You will receive written acknowledgement from the Chairman of the Audit Committee upon receipt of your written complaint or concern.

 

You can report your concerns anonymously or confidentially. If you prefer to remain anonymous, please be aware that we will not be able to provide you with the resolution of your complaint.
